We had no idea where we wanted to go and we selected via the filters waterfront and pool and Charmaine’s place was the first on the list. There was no going back after seeing the property. It hit a cord and it lived up to expectations. What a special home. We had a wonderful stay, the view is something else and the heated pool an extra treat. Lots to do in the area from wineries to Freycinet. Would happily stay again.
Another wonderful stay. Watching the sun rise over The Hazards every morning, with a coffee to hand. We used the vegetable garden with its lovely fresh produce - lettuce, tomatoes and broad beans for salads. Plus raspberries and blackberries for dessert ! Swimming in the pool. wonderfully relaxing. This must be our fifth stay at PnP. We keep coming back.
We timed our visit with the ripening of apples and an abundance of blackberries - paired well with the local ice cream! I loved the garden and fresh produce during our stay is a rare gift. Thank you, Charmaine! We loved dashing between the cold waves and hot pool (rinsing outside first and between of course to minimise bringing sand inside the house). What a great base for the local area! Loved the views, the yoga spots, the kitchen supplies and the clear care for guests. Thank you!
What a great house with the most amazing views! Our family had a fantastic time together, family memories we will talk about for many years to come. Charmaine, thank you for making our booking process and stay effortless! The garden was great and we loved making a fresh salad to eat with dinner. The indoor pool was an added bonus.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from the dining table is amazing. We spent a lot of time as a family enjoying sitting around the table, chit chatting and relaxing. We spent Christmas at PnP with our two kids, 8 and 9 years old. This house is one of the best houses I have ever seen. Everything is exactly as on the photos. Charmaine is a perfect host, very friendly, responded within minutes. There was so much to discover inside and around the house. The view from the dining table is magnificent. At breakfast we were just staring at the ocean with the sun rising and no one spoke a word. The peaceful and private surrounding is very special. The kids enjoyed the heated pool as temperatures dropped outside. We felt at home right away. The garden is an absolute highlight. We had the chance to pick blackberries and fresh salad, unbelievable! Swansea and the next grocery store is just a few minutes drive away so the location is just perfect. If you want to spent a few days away and recharge your batteries without other people, away from tourists in a perfect house, this is the place to stay. Thank you Charmaine, we loved it!
My partner and I had such a beautiful and restful experience at peace and plenty. Sunrise was gorgeous. Pool was gorgeous. Kitchen was fully stocked and the shower water pressure was excellent. Robes were a luxurious touch. Honestly, a no brainer to book a stay here - and make sure to visit the nearby oyster shack during your visit!
My daughter and family gifted this holiday to us for my upcoming 70th birthday. We had no idea where we were going, we just followed her car and until we arrived at the property. When we entered the house it was a "wow!" The house is so beautiful, the furnishings are gorgeous and the view is absolutely stunning. The bedrooms and bathrooms were pristine. We even had slippers and kimonos! The cupboards contained everything from spices and oils, flour, rice and canned items. On the bench were many little jars of specialty jams and honey as well as a lovely bottle of local wine. The pool room was amazing - we spent a lot of time in there. Just thinking about Peace and Plenty makes me smile, we hope to stay again. Thank you Nicole for such a beautiful birthday gift, and thank you Charmaine for sharing this beautiful place.

Was amazing, great views walks on the beach. Pool was excellent and even seen a whale out off the beach. Excellent and would highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Peace & Plenty truly fits it's name. The stunning location and views encourage relaxation. The house is very well appointed, from the kitchen to the artwork to the bookshelves.We loved picking vegetables from the garden to accompany our dinner. After a day spent sightseeing or enjoying the beach in front of the property, it was fun to come home to our own little indoor pool. Charmaine is an excellent host. A bottle of wine and a selection of condiments awaited us at check-in. She responds very quickly to any questions. After we checked out, we realized a piece of jewelry was left behind. Charmaine quickly had it located and arranged for it to be returned to us. We would definitely choose to stay here again if in Tasmania.
