Nine Mile Beach is just a 70 metre walk along the private path through the dunes. Enjoy a romantic stroll along the deserted beach or a swim in the cleanest water in the world.

A holiday house should be more than just a bed. But our guests rave about our Tasmanian designed and manufactured Queen-size beds (and the fine cotton bed linen). You won’t want to get up in the morning, and that’s OK because you can lie there and take in the unbelievable views.

Yes, everything you need is there – the state-of-the-art kitchen, the  stylish bathrooms, especially the one with double showers and a floor to ceiling feature window, luxurious bathsheets and Japanese bath robes, unlimited wi-fi, smart TV and library of books. But what is unique at Peace and Plenty is the Javanese-inspired central dining/living area, the gorgeous S-E Asian textiles throughout the house, the Tasmanian-designed furnishings from Designs in Timber in Launceston and the famed Ph5 pendant lights by the renowned Danish designer Poul Henningsen.
